Welcome to Focus & Flourish Mindfulness for Children (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, services, or programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

We provide mindfulness and meditation education for children through classes, workshops, camps, and downloadable materials. Services may be offered in person, online, or in hybrid formats.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for parents and guardians enrolling children ages 5-14. You must be 18 years or older to make a purchase or register a child for a program.

3. Bookings & Payments

• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

• We accept payments via [insert methods,  credit card, or Venmo.

• Bookings are confirmed only after payment has been received.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations made 1 day before the start of the program are eligible for a full refund.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after that time.

• If we cancel a class or program, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

5. Code of Conduct

To maintain a safe and supportive environment:

• Children are expected to treat instructors and peers with kindness and respect.

• Parents/guardians are expected to ensure timely drop-off and pick-up.

• We reserve the right to remove a child from a program if behavior consistently disrupts the group, with no refund.

6. Medical and Emergency Information

By enrolling, you confirm that you have disclosed any relevant medical or behavioral information. In case of emergency, we will contact the person listed on your registration form.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided on our website and in our programs (including worksheets, PDFs, lesson plans, and videos) is the intellectual property of Focus & Flourish Mindfulness for Children and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written consent.

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Personal information collected during registration is used only to administer our programs and will not be shared with third parties without consent. 

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained while participating in our programs. All activities are voluntary and participation is at your own risk.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
