Individual Mindfulness Sessions (1:1)

  • Do I need materials?

    • No materials are needed​

  • Can siblings join together?

    • Yes! The 2nd child can join at 50% rate.​

  • Can parents stay with their child?

    • Yes! I know it can be scary to leave your kids with someone you don't know well. Parents are welcome to join in, or wait in a designated waiting area outside the room with video monitoring. ​
