When you purchase a workbook through our website, the order is fulfilled and shipped directly by our trusted print-on-demand partner, Lulu.com.

Once your order is placed:

• Lulu.com will process, print, and ship your workbook.

• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• U.S. orders: 5–10 business days

• International orders: 7–21 business days

Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to holidays, weather, or shipping carrier delays.

Returns & Refunds

Because our workbooks are printed on demand, all sales are final. We do not accept returns unless there is a printing error or the item arrives damaged.
